We’re so sorry for the oversight! Please check your order confirmation to verify the number of items you should have received. If something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will promptly assist you.

Q7: I received the wrong item. How can this be fixed?

2. A clear photo of the incorrect item

We will ensure that the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.

Q8 : What if the delivery person delivering a damaged parcel box?

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the parcel box appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery and take a photo of that, we request that you do NOT accept the parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for orders where incorrect shipping details were entered at checkout.

Store Credit Option:

We are happy to issue a store credit for the value of the products (excluding shipping charges).

Reshipping Option:

If you would like us to reship your order, we’d be happy to do so once we receive the returned package (if applicable).
