Return, Refund & Cancellation

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged
• The product is defective
• An incorrect product has been delivered

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process a return request, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly display the shipping label, and visibly capture the issue being reported. Return requests submitted without valid video proof will not be considered.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping will be arranged by us at no additional cost to the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved claims are compensated exclusively through store coupons or store credit.

Refund Processing Timeline

Store credits or coupons are issued within 7–15 business days following verification and approval of the claim.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, are eligible only for store credit or coupons. Cash refunds are not provided.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery are not eligible for refunds or compensation. Re-shipment, if requested, may be processed subject to additional shipping charges.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once placed.

For other eligible orders (if applicable), cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Resolution in Case of Company Error

In the event of a missing product, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect product being shipped, we will, upon verification, offer either a replacement shipment or store credit. Monetary refunds are not provided.
