Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing shipment tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India)
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

International Orders
International shipments generally require 7–14 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures or local regulations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599. Shipping charges for orders below this value, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Courier & Tracking

All orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its authorised courier partners. Tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Address modifications can only be made prior to dispatch. If an order has already been shipped, customers may be required to coordinate directly with the courier partner. Any re-shipment resulting from incorrect address details may attract additional shipping charges.

Lost Shipments

In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, customers will be offered either a replacement shipment or a store coupon of equivalent value, as per customer preference.
