These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Confect Cake Decor Private Limited, having its registered office at D 10/1, Pocket D, Okhla Phase II, Okhla, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, India (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “Confect”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We offer edible cake decorations, baking ingredients, and baking tools. While we strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient details and allergen information before consumption. The Company shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, improper usage, or misuse of products.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Incomplete or incorrect information

Payment is captured immediately at checkout for prepaid orders.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept:

• UPI

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Net Banking

• Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines vary as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

In the event of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier, we offer either reshipment or store credit.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted strictly within 24 hours of delivery and only in cases of:

• Damaged product

• Defective product

• Wrong product delivered

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

Due to hygiene and food safety considerations, returns are not accepted for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

We do not provide monetary refunds. Approved claims are resolved through replacement shipment or store credit/coupons only.

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund. Re-shipment may be arranged subject to additional shipping charges.

Store credits or coupons are issued within 7–15 business days after verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the exclusive property of Confect Cake Decor Private Limited.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, distribution, copying of images, or misuse of brand name is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with website security

• Provide false or misleading information

• Attempt fraudulent transactions

The Company reserves the right to suspend or block users who violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Customs delays (for international orders)

• Misuse or improper storage of edible products

• Incorrect information provided by customers

All claims are subject to internal verification and approval.
