RECIPE:
Just add Oil 195g, Water 190 grams, and Cake Gel (optional ) to the contents of 1 packet of Confect Cake mix. Mix all the ingredients together well using a whisk or a beater for 1 minute.
Scrape the sides and the centre of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
Mix for a further 2 minutes at medium speed.
Bake at 160-175 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
